Monday, 28.03: Kubica was watching race as a child watching a cartoon"

Robert Kubica in the last 11 years have not had many opportunities to watch Formula 1 races live on TV, since 2006 he did not do this at all. Unfortunately, now he was forced to watch his rivals actions from his bed in hospital in Pietra Ligure. But Pole`s manager, Daniele Morelli, said that watching race was a great pleasure for Kubica. Italian compared Kubica to "a child watching a cartoon."

Another great news coming to us from Pietra Ligure. Robert Kubica is still making progress in his rehabilitation, and his arm, shoulder and hand properly respond to the treatments which they are subjected to. Doctors confirmed today that in next few weeks Kubica should start walking.

Monday, 21.03: Elbow Kubica 30-40 days in a plaster cast

Robert Kubica`s close friend, Mikołaj Sokół said today that Pole`s injured elbow will have to be stiffened with plaster cast over next 30-40 days. In a much better condition is Robert`s leg. However, it is impossible to predict when the driver of the Lotus Renault team will return to full health. Sokół said that everything id going in the right direction.

According to journalist words, Kubica after those 30-40 days can return to full fitness. Less trouble is with his leg - according to recent informations from doctors, Robert will be able to start walking in about 3 weeks.

Sokół also explained that Kubica`s last elbow operation was not planned, but in the course of rehabilitation was a necessity for Robert in case of returning to full health as soon as possible.

Robert Kubica who is in  Santa Corona hospital in Pietra Ligure, has already started intensive rehabilitation of his shoulder, hand and leg. It will last minimum 2 months. It is still not possible to begin full exercises on his elbow which suffered most in the accident.

Doctors from hospital Santa Corona in Pietra Ligure released today a medical bulletin, in which they reported that Robert Kubica may begin to walk in three weeks. Kubica`s condition after Saturday`s elbow surgery is good. Rehabilitation of the hand, shoulder and right leg will be continued according to schedule.
